Packages are shipped by UPS only.

Shipping rates vary depending on quantity/items ordered.

Processing & Shipping Times

Processing times are not included in shipping times. Processing times may take 1-3 business days to complete. Weekends and holidays are not included in the processing time.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimated and could vary. Weekends and holidays are not included in the delivery time.

Packages With Incorrect Addresses

If packages are not delivered because of an incorrect, incomplete address and are instead returned to ELF, ELF is not obligated to refund or send replacement products. Furthermore, any reshipping services at ELF expense will not be issued. If the goods are returned to our facilities, we will offer a refund, but the shipping costs will be subtracted.

When do I receive my tracking number?

ELF sends all tracking numbers via email once a package has been shipped. You can also view your orders and associated tracking numbers in My Account.  

Expedited / Overnight / 2nd Day Shipping

ELF DOES NOT offer Expedited, Overnight or 2nd Day Shipping. 

Tracking Number Not Working

Please allow up to 1 business day after you receive a tracking number for the status to update. If there is no progress after 1 business day, please at support@elfthc.com.

Shipping to APO/FPO/Military Boxes / PO Box

ELF currently does not support the ability to ship to APO / FPO / PO Boxes.

 

Wrong Product(s) Purchased

ELF does not reimburse or compensate for customer errors. Please note that you have ordered the correct items or options. Double check your order and items. The customer is responsible for providing us with accurate shipping and billing information. No refunds will be issued should the customer provide incorrect shipping or product information.
